This is a full-time role based in Labrador, QLD, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.

Your responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to retail and trade customers.
- Assist with order processing, quotes, and stock management.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Load and unload courier deliveries.
- Drive and deliver goods to customers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised branch environment.
- Provide all-round support across showroom, warehouse, and sales areas.
- Customer Focus: You’re approachable, reliable, and enjoy helping others.
- Common Sense & Initiative: You think on your feet and find solutions.
- Team Player: You thrive in a down-to-earth, collaborative team environment.
- Experience: Customer service and/or warehousing background preferred (industry experience not essential).
- Training: In-house training provided – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Licences: Driver’s Licence required; Forklift Licence preferred but not essential (can be obtained later).
