Brainbridge - Senior Penetration Tester

We are looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to execute high-impact security assessments across infrastructure, applications, cloud and critical operational technologies. The goal is to perform threat-led penetration testing aligned with DORA Tltp, identify vulnerabilities in complex environments, validate technical and business controls, and support the organization in strengthening its cyber resilience. In this role, you will apply deep offensive security expertise across IT and OT, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful improvements. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting comprehensive penetration testing of infrastructure, applications, cloud, and operational technologies to identify vulnerabilities and validate controls. • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the organization's technical and business environment, including its IT and OT systems, networks, and applications. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful improvements in security posture and risk mitigation. • Providing expert-level guidance on offensive security best practices and threat intelligence to stakeholders across the organization. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. • Participating in regular security assessments and reporting findings to senior leadership. • Supporting the development of security policies, procedures, and standards. • Providing expert-level guidance on security architecture and design. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a penetration tester with a strong focus on offensive security. • Strong understanding of IT and OT systems, networks, and applications. • Experience with threat-led penetration testing aligned with DORA Tltp. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
