BPO Bid and Tender Support

Concentrix Italia is looking for a new resource to be inserted into the Sales area, within a consolidated BPO team, the BPO Sales Support Specialist will be a key figure in supporting Sales Managers in developing technical and economic offers addressed to public and private companies. The role will collaborate with commercial, technical, and operational areas, with a customer-oriented and innovative approach. It will be an integral part of the sales process, from preparing the offer to its submission, including the analysis of market trends, competitor research, and the development of customized solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in developing tenders and proposals. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
