What will you do?
As an Architectural Project Manager, you ensure that every project runs smoothly. You are responsible for:
- Planning, coordination, and execution
- Monitoring quality, budget, and timelines
- Collaborating with clients, partners, and your team
- Focusing on sustainable and innovative solutions
What do we offer you?
- Salary & Benefits: A good salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month, depending on your education and experience. In addition, we offer excellent benefits in accordance with the Construction & Infrastructure CAO, including no less than 43 days off per year.
- Unique projects: You will work on varied and challenging custom projects in the higher segment, with significant personal responsibility and ample room for professional growth.
- Down-to-earth culture: You will join a no-nonsense environment with a close-knit team of craftsmen. Initiative is valued, and the management also likes to roll up their sleeves themselves.
- An inspiring workplace: You will work from a beautiful office overlooking the polder, next to a workshop that lacks nothing.
This is you
- HBO or WO degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 5 years of experience, but we also warmly invite (senior) work planners with experience.
- Experience with BIM software and project management tools (Kraan).
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
- Experience with budget monitoring and financial management within project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in the Dutch language.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Stress-resistant and flexible: You know how to set priorities and deal well with pressure and changes within projects, and you know how to maintain the helicopter view within the project and team.
