Construction Advisor

As a construction advisor at Asbo Advies, you will work on various maintenance and construction projects. You will support project and demolition management and develop yourself within an informal team with challenging and varied work assignments.

About the function

After an extensive onboarding process, you will take on independent tasks within maintenance management, project management, and demolition management. You will prepare specifications, prepare reports, and monitor projects. Additionally, you will prepare inspections, guide construction projects, and work on feasibility studies and design sketches in AutoCAD.

• Prepare inspections and guide construction projects

• Record agreements and results after project meetings

• Work on feasibility studies and design sketches in AutoCAD

• Develop notes and reports

• Monitor ongoing projects

What makes this function perfect for you?

You are a curious and proactive starter with a completed HBO degree in Construction (HTS/MTS/TU). You are driven to grow, enjoy variety, and are eager to learn. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or O-prognose is a plus, and you prefer to live within 30 km of Rosmalen.
