Page Personnel Responsibilities Mainly - Team Management: Supervision and motivation of a team composed of 3 employees, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism. - Luxury Sales and Service: Direct management of sales assisted by staff and assurance of an exceptional customer experience in line with the values of luxury products (High Jewelry and Watches). - Operational Management: Responsibility for the store's performance, optimization of sales performance, and general organization of the point of sale. - CRM and Customer Relations: Management of customer database (CRM) and development of lasting relationships with customers. - Reporting: Monitoring and analysis of sales data and KPIs. Requirements Asked - Experience: Proven experience as a store manager or vice store manager in premium or luxury contexts where assisted sales and customer service are fundamental. - Sector (Preferred): It is highly preferred to have previous experience in the Jewelry or Watches sector. - Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English. - Management Skills: Strong customer orientation, leadership skills, and personnel management. - Technical Knowledge: Experience in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
