Job description
The position of INDUSTRIAL BAKER (M/F)
Under the responsibility of the Line Manager, you will work as an industrial baker on a production line.
You will be integrated into a production team and will carry out manufacturing operations in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and productivity criteria.
In this context:
- You will prepare the raw materials necessary for dough preparation according to the current recipe.
- You will feed the kneader and control the quality of the dough.
- You will perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- You will make adjustments to the production machines.
- You will be the guardian of the shaping and baking processes.
- You will be responsible for the traceability of materials, and the cleanliness and tidiness of your workstation.
The profile sought
You have a qualification in baking and/or successful experience as a baker.
Are shift work in 3x8 and working Monday to Saturday not an issue for you?
Do you have a good command of basic computer tools?
Do you wish to commit long-term and are you keen to produce quality products?
