Night Baker H/F

Your profile:

- You are holder of a CFC or AFP in baking or pastry-making (or equivalent title)

- You possess a very good experience in the field of artisanal bakery

- You are autonomous and comfortable with responsibilities

- You master perfectly the kneading of dough, shaping of bread and viennoiserie, baking in a deck oven and rotary oven

- The nights suit you (weekdays 23h30 and WE 23h)

- You show team spirit, dynamism, and resistance to stress

- You speak perfect French
