Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant

Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: £30,000-40,000k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join a fast-paced and dynamic fashion talent management agency representing some of the most recognised names in fashion, beauty and entertainment.

You'll work closely with the management team looking after day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. This is a great role for someone who's detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a creative, people-focused environment.

• Process daily invoices and maintain accurate financial records using Xero and Salesforce

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

• Reconcile bank statements and client (talent) accounts

• Support with monthly management accounts, posting journals and maintaining ledgers

• Assist with VAT returns, cashflow tracking and audit preparation

• Liaise with suppliers, models, and internal teams across the business

• Previous experience in a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant role

• Confident using Xero and Excel

• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Personable and professional, with the ability to work independently

• Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience in a creative or talent agency environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
