• Location: Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cali, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Ciudad de Guatemala

• Modality: Remote (first month on-site)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Salary: $5,175,000 COP (or market rate)

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review tax documents, ensuring accuracy before entering them into the software.

• Perform bookkeeping tasks for clients, maintaining precise financial records.

• Enter fiscal documents into specific platforms.

• Manage accounting data in QuickBooks for multiple clients.

• Communicate with clients via email for follow-up and information requests.

• Process client payroll, ensuring timely and correct payments.

Requisitos y Habilidades

• Advanced written English (B2+/C1) for professional emails.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping.

• Mastery of QuickBooks and knowledge of US GAAP and US Taxes.

• Proactivity, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

• Microsoft Excel management.

• University degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).

• CPA is a plus, but not mandatory.
