Booking Coordinator

Job Title: Booking Coordinator Location: 45 E & F London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, TN37 6AY Reports to: Office Manager Hours: Full-Time Paid on-call duties outside of office hours per month on a rota As a Booking Coordinator at Nurses UK Group, you will play a critical role in the effective management of our healthcare staffing needs. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in recruitment within the healthcare sector, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and exhibit a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for coordinating bookings for our healthcare professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. This will involve working closely with our office team, healthcare professionals, and clients to ensure that all bookings are managed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of bookings, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, and that all relevant information is recorded and stored securely. In addition, you will be required to work outside of office hours on a rota basis, as part of our on-call duties. This will involve being available to take calls and respond to queries from our healthcare professionals and clients, as well as being available to deal with any urgent matters that may arise.
