Booking Agent / Travel

We are currently seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Booking Agents in the travel industry. In this remote role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with booking travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and rental cars. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless execution of client requests. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and services. Key Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) necessary. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
