Booking Agent

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Booking Agent to join our client's team in Durbanville. As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing bookings for a variety of events and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Calling our clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive Following up on client queries Make 100 – 120 calls per week, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and recorded accurately. Ensure that all bookings are properly documented and updated in our CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and services. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work closely with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including phone calls, emails, and meetings. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize booking processes. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in order to continuously improve our services.
