Primary Skills: BOM (Expert), Oracle Agile PLM (Advanced), Change Management (Proficiency), Stakeholder Management (Experience), NPI (Knowledge) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6 months (Possible extension) Location: Mexico City or US LP Job Summary: This role focuses on the maintenance, creation, and management of Bills of Materials (BOM) within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. The candidate will coordinate and manage changes related to products, processes, and systems, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new product introductions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date BOMs within the PLM system • Coordinating and managing changes to existing BOMs • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new product introductions • Providing expertise on BOM management best practices and processes • Analyzing and resolving BOM-related issues and discrepancies • Maintaining accurate records and reports of BOM-related activities • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize BOM management processes • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
