Job description
CoreStaff Brisbane are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Boilermaker to join our team working with one of Queensland’s largest structural steel fabricators and erectors with a 35-year history in the steel fabrication and erection industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Weld, cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
- Inspect and repair existing systems and structures.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker.
- Ability to pass flux core weld test prior to starting.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Arc welding techniques
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience with specific tools or systems.
- Weekly pay up to 50 hours per week
- $45 - $50 per hour based on experience
- Boilermakers needed in Stapylton and Ormeau
- Great working environments
- Monday - Friday, OT available on site
- Long term roles
