Accountant A-Z

In the role of Accountant A-Z, you will be responsible for the entire accounting process and will have the opportunity to play an active role in improving and automating financial workflows. Are you ready for a new challenge where your expertise makes a difference?

As an A-Z Accountant, you will have a broad range of tasks and work closely with various departments. Your focus will be on accurate financial administration, and you will also take initiative in optimizing processes.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing incoming and outgoing invoices and processing bank transactions.
• Ensuring that all costs are correctly booked and allocated to the appropriate periods, accounts, and departments.
• Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and related reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns, such as VAT returns and government reports.
• Playing an important role in managing and optimizing supplier information and other financial master data.
• Monitoring cash flow and assisting in the preparation and follow-up of budgets.
• Working with the team to improve existing procedures and contributing ideas for further automation.

We are looking for a proactive Accountant A-Z with several years of experience who is not only strong in execution but also enjoys thinking about how processes can be made more efficient. You work accurately, think analytically, and feel at home in a team that constantly strives for improvement.

What do we expect from you?

• A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Taxation or equivalent through experience.
• At least initial experience in an accounting role.
• Knowledge of tax legislation is a plus.
• You are hands-on, meticulous, and know how to prioritize.
• Good command of Dutch and English; French is an additional asset.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and a strong foundation in Excel.
