Bodyshop Reception/Admin (AK8069)

A great opportunity has become available for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join this prestige client, based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. You will be the first point of contact for customers interacting with the business.

To be considered for this role you must have a professional manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also demonstrate excellent presentation skills, reflecting the businesses prestige brands. You must also have the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment. As the first contact with customers, you will be committed to providing outstanding customer service, every time.

Your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing phone lines and queries received
• Liaising with customers in reception and customer lounges regarding their vehicle repairs
• Update customers on repairs progress
• Customer data management
• Prepare service folders for future repairs
• Upselling customer repair and service requirements
• Inspecting customer vehicles at drop off and noting any previous damage and odometer readings
• Admin duties as required
