We are seeking committed and compassionate Boarding House Parents to oversee the safety, welfare, and overall development of boarding students . Position Summary Boarding House Parents will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of boarding students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Key Responsibilities: • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for boarding students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with boarding students, fostering a sense of belonging and community. • Ensure boarding students are well-fed, well-rested, and well-cared for, with attention to their individual needs and preferences. • Collaborate with the boarding staff to develop and implement programs and activities that promote the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of boarding students. • Maintain accurate records of boarding students' daily activities, meals, and any incidents or concerns. • Participate in regular meetings with the boarding staff to discuss student progress, concerns, and any issues that may arise. • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the boarding staff, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, education, and pastoral care. • Demonstrate a commitment to the values and mission of GSIS, and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture. • Perform other duties as required by the School.
