Aufgaben

The Consultant supports the provision of client services in the Account-Team. He/She uses his/her analytical, technical, and communicative skills to execute projects and tasks with high quality, a high degree of accuracy, and on time.

• Plans, organizes, develops, and delivers reports, services, and projects requested by the customer in a timely manner and according to the desired specifications
• Builts constructive and trust-based relationships with customers and serves as the first point of contact for content-related questions
• Designs, creates, and manages customer databases using Urban-Science software and ensures precise, high-quality data
• Folllows up, processes, analyzes, and verifies data to continuously improve quality and accuracy
• Supports the monitoring, updating, and maintenance of internal Urban-Science software systems
• Works closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to complete tasks and projects on time and in high quality
• Responds to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email or phone to strengthen customer satisfaction
• Communicates proactively with the manager to address status updates, risks, and challenges early on
• Works actively with the manager to implement measures to improve NPS (customer satisfaction)

Qualifikation

Qualifications:

• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Experience in handling data (analysis, validation, interpretation)
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written language (German and English)
• High customer orientation and pleasure in regular collaboration with different stakeholders
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with relational databases (SQL) is advantageous but not required
• Basic knowledge of statistics

Educational background and professional experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; ideally in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field
• A minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience desired
• Experience in customer-oriented roles or client management is a plus
