Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the blowout preventer (BOP) related matters, including tender work, R&D and Technical supports. To participate in tender related project for the International market.

- Performs engineering design function to ensure that the products meet the requirements of the applicable industry standards, customer requirements and all design criteria have been met.
- Complete calculations for equipment and develop them in the appropriate procedure and file in the design file package per API requirements.
- Design and develop new products/services and/or modifications to existing equipment to meet customer requirements.
- Perform research and analysis of new and existing products to confirm their operational suitability and conformance to all specified standards.
- Work closely with other regions (China and USA) related to all Engineering related activities.
- Travel as required to provide engineering support for: product sales, order kick off meeting, design review, plant testing, field runs and troubleshooting exercises.
- Establish the costs associated with the functions and maintain the budget as necessary.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- More than 10 years of experience in the R&D of BOP, Familiar with API 6A and 16A is a must. Able to accurately use and guide R & D design work.
- With knowledge of API 16AR and API STD 53. In addition of ASME and ASTM
