Blockman - North West

Job description

We are urgently looking for Blockman with experience who reside around the North West. A blockman will be responsible for cutting meat products to quality standards according to the production plans. This position reports directly to the Butchery Manager. Record quantity of meat received and issued to cooks or keep records of meat sales. Perform precise and cost-effective cutting of various meat species, employing advanced deboning and cutting methods to achieve maximum output. Process/manufacture meat products in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Ensure that all work is carried out in a clean and safe environment, adhering to the company's health and safety policies.
