Blockman - Limpopo

Job description

We are urgently looking for Blockman with experience who reside around Limpopo. A blockman will be responsible for cutting meat products to quality standards according to the production plans. This position reports directly to the Butchery Manager. Record quantity of meat received and issued to cooks or keep records of meat sales. Perform precise and cost-effective cutting of various meat species, employing advanced deboning and cutting methods to achieve maximum output. Process/manufacture a variety of meat products, including but not limited to: [list specific products]. Ensure that all meat products are cut to the required specifications and standards. Maintain accurate records of production and quality control. Perform other duties as assigned by the Butchery Manager.
