Interested? Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts.
- Participate in architectural discussions for blockchain systems and decentralized applications.
- Perform code audits, refactoring, and gas optimization for high-quality smart contract performance.
- Integrate smart contracts with backend services or Web3 components.
- Conduct unit, integration, and security testing using blockchain testing frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.
- Stay informed about blockchain ecosystem advancements, EVM updates, token standards, L1/L2 trends, and best practices.
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Smart Contracts Engineer, Blockchain Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM-based blockchain development.
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, crypto primitives, or tokenomics (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or comparable tools.
- Experience using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or other Web3 libraries.
- Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities (reentrancy, frontrunning, integer overflow, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-first mindset.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Intermediate–advanced English proficiency.
- Solidity, EVM, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle
- Web3.js / Ethers.js
- Git, GitHub
- Nice to have: AWS/GCP, non-EVM ecosystems (Solana, Cosmos), CI/CD, cryptography fundamentals
