Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients following precise formulas and production schedules.
- Operate blending equipment to ensure consistency and quality in every batch.
- Set up, operate, and monitor blending machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to prevent downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain product consistency, flavour, and texture.
- Follow strict food safety, HACCP, and company quality control standards
- Maintain detailed production and batch records for traceability and compliance.
- Previous experience in food/beverage manufacturing or blending operations (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Physically fit – ability to lift, move, and handle ingredients safely.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and HACCP regulations (a plus).
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to production demands.
