Up to €2,500/20h - Recruitment Work Student (m/w/d)

Remote | 17 € / Hour + Revenue Share (2-5%) | 20 Hours per Week

We are the Ruf GmbH – a specialized recruitment agency with a focus on logistics. We support logistics companies nationwide in filling positions.

As a small, growing team, we work very directly, quickly, and performance-oriented. You're not just background support here, but actively work on real placements and take over more responsibility step by step.

The role starts with Active Sourcing – you'll also take on your own candidate interviews and later first mandates independently.

Tasks

• You identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, and other platforms
• You actively approach candidates and conduct initial qualification conversations
• You work directly on ongoing placements with and support the entire recruitment process
• You work closely with the management team together and receive early responsibility
• Potentially you'll take over your own candidate interviews and first mandates independently

Qualification

• Recruiting: Experience in Active Sourcing/Recruiting is absolutely required
• Industry: Experience in logistics is nice to have, but not necessarily necessary
• Work style: Performance-oriented, self-reliant, and reliable
• Mindset: Willingness to give it your all and develop further in the long term

Benefits

• 17 € gross per hour
• Additonal revenue share for each placement you're involved in (2-5%)
• 100% Remote
• 20 hours per week
