The primary objective is to create benchmark questions that test the boundaries of AI capabilities across diverse bioinformatics domains. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with the ability to design and develop innovative solutions for complex biomedical informatics problems. Key responsibilities include: • Developing rigorous, high-quality evaluation questions designed to assess and challenge advanced AI models. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and opportunities in bioinformatics domains. • Designing and developing innovative solutions for complex biomedical informatics problems. • Conducting thorough literature reviews to stay current on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and bioinformatics. • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across various bioinformatics domains. Requirements: • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Informatics, Computer Science, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in biomedical informatics, bioinformatics, or a related field. • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and bioinformatics concepts and techniques. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals.
