Job Description: We are seeking a Biology Private Tutor to work with students in the Eastern Goleta Valley. As a Biology Private Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support. Your duties will include: • Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in the Eastern Goleta Valley. • Developing and implementing personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs. • Providing ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the tutoring process. • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents/guardians as needed. • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field. • 1+ year of experience teaching or tutoring Biology. • Strong understanding of Biology concepts and curriculum. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
