As a Biology Private Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support. Your main tasks will be to: • Prepare and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and goals. • Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions, providing individualized support and guidance to students. • Monitor student progress, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting lesson plans accordingly. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. • Collaborate with other tutors and the Superprof team to ensure the best possible learning experience for students. • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. • Be willing to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of tutoring per week. • Be comfortable using technology, such as video conferencing tools, to facilitate online tutoring sessions. • Be able to work independently and as part of a team. • Be passionate about teaching and learning, and have a strong desire to help students succeed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field. • Experience in teaching or tutoring Biology, preferably with a focus on private tutoring. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work with students of varying ages and skill levels. • Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Willingness to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of tutoring per week. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
