As a (Bio)Process Technologist, you are the technical expert in the field of process technology. You are responsible for optimizing and improving the production processes within the organization. You will work on various projects aimed at increasing efficiency, improving product quality, and reducing waste. You will also be involved in the implementation of new technologies and the development of new products. You will work closely with other departments, such as production, quality control, and engineering. Your main tasks include: * Analyzing and optimizing existing production processes. * Identifying and implementing improvements in process technology. * Troubleshooting technical malfunctions. * Participating in the development of new products and processes. * Providing technical support to the production team. * Keeping abreast of the latest developments in process technology. Who are you? You are a driven and enthusiastic (bio)process technologist with a passion for sustainability and innovation. You have a strong analytical ability and are able to quickly understand complex processes. You are also a team player and have good communication skills. Furthermore, you have: * A completed relevant technical education (HBO or WO). * Several years of experience in process technology, preferably in the food industry. * Knowledge of and experience with process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). * Experience with GMP and HACCP. * Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
