Job description
A leading company in the industrial construction sector is seeking an experienced Senior VDC Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC processes across multiple projects, driving collaboration between clients, design teams, project teams, and trade partners while ensuring high-quality digital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project deliverables.
- Coordinate federated models and multidisciplinary design reviews.
- Perform clash detection, model validation, and resolution tracking.
- Support project teams with BIM workflows, model management, and construction coordination.
- Extract quantities from 3D models to support estimating and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and project objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in the construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, LOD specifications, and construction workflows.
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
