As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality building information modeling (BIM) services. This includes developing and maintaining BIM models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality BIM services • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for BIM modeling and collaboration • Providing technical support and training to clients on the use of BIM technology • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM software and technologies • Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge • Working closely with the Virtual Building Studio team to deliver exceptional client service and ensure project success • Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field • 2+ years of experience working with BIM software and technologies • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for BIM modeling and collaboration • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with project management principles and practices • Certification in Autodesk Revit or other relevant software is a plus.
