As a BIM modeler, you will play an important role within the project team. You will translate designs into accurate digital models and ensure that architectural ambitions and technical requirements come together in an executable design. This is what you will do

As a BIM modeler, you will work on diverse construction projects, translating architectural designs into detailed and technically correct BIM models. You will be closely involved in the design and detailing process and will work intensively with architects, construction experts, and external consultants. Thanks to your accuracy and technical insight, models will be created that not only visualize design intentions but also form a solid basis for further engineering and execution.

• You will model construction components in various project phases
• You will incorporate technical information and project requirements into the BIM model
• You will coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and building services consultants
• You will identify bottlenecks and propose solutions within the design
• You will monitor the quality and consistency of digital models
• You will support project teams with visualizations, drawings, and model information
• You will contribute to the further development of BIM processes within the organization

This is what you recognize in yourself

• You have a completed MBO (Vocational Education) or HBO (University of Applied Sciences) degree in Construction Engineering
• You have experience as a BIM modeler, architectural draftsman, or in a comparable role
• You have experience with BIM software such as Revit
• You have knowledge of construction detailing and construction processes
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• You are technically strong and think solution-oriented
• You communicate pleasantly with colleagues and external project partners
• You have an interest in architecture, digitalization, and innovative construction methods

• 25 vacation days + ATV days in accordance with the company's CAO (Collective Labor Agreement)
