BIM Modeler - Electrical Experience Required: We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler with expertise in electrical systems, who can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary design team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models of electrical systems using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software tools. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM model accurately reflects the project's design intent. • Conduct thorough reviews of the BIM model to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. • Work closely with the project team to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations. • Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of design concepts and alternatives. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. • Work closely with the project team to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations. • Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of design concepts and alternatives. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience working as a BIM Modeler in an architectural or engineering firm. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software tools. • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
