Job description
Gsource Technologies, a prominent design-assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of BIM Manager. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in US & Middle East projects. Responsibilities and Duties: Strong managerial skills to effectively lead teams of at least 10-15 architects, drafters and designers. Experience in handling client calls, meetings, quality audits and training. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle various situations during project execution. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal team members. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools is essential. Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations such as AIA, ASME, and ISO 19650 is a plus.
