BIM Manager

Location: Pune / Bengaluru Department: Transportation Experience: 7-10 Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager – Infrastructure (Transportation) to lead BIM strategy, digital coordination, and model governance across large-scale transportation projects such as highways, metro, rail, airports, or urban mobility systems. The role involves driving BIM implementation from design through construction and handover, ensuring alignment with project BIM standards, project BIM goals, and collaboration with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive BIM strategy for infrastructure projects, aligning with industry best practices and company policies. • Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless digital coordination throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensuring compliance with project-specific BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines. • Providing training and support to team members on BIM software tools and workflows. • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BIM and infrastructure development. • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. The ideal candidate will have: • 7-10 years of experience in BIM management or related field. • Strong understanding of BIM software tools, such as Autodesk Revit, Trimble SketchUp, or Graphisoft ArchiCAD. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Professional certifications such as LEED AP, AIA, or PE are a plus.
