BIM MANAGER

Company dedicated to custom AAA residential design, construction, and interiorism, located in Los Cabos, is seeking the ideal candidate: Responsible for defining, implementing, supervising, and evolving the company's BIM strategy, ensuring that all projects develop under a clear, consistent, and aligned methodology with internal standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. This role will be the leader of the BIM methodology from early stages of development to project completion, overseeing the implementation of BIM processes and tools, as well as monitoring and controlling the quality of deliverables. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction, with experience in BIM management, coordination, and execution. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software is required. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to changing project requirements are essential skills for this role.
