BIM Coordinator (m/f/d) (Remote)

Responsibilities

Parameterize and standardize assemblies and components, and make planning processes more efficient. You will help us build our digital component libraries and coordinate our project teams.

• Building and maintaining component libraries, templates, and families
• Building and maintaining automated model checks and quality controls
• Developing parametric components and assemblies
• Developing and implementing guidelines and standards for BIM-based planning methods
• Building and specifying data exchange for BIM applications
• Checking BIM data transfer and data quality
• Building data management in the Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Ensuring compliance with established standards through training, workshops, and regular reviews
• Technical support for our employees

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in critical infrastructure and mobile communications is an advantage
• Experience in building and managing standards and component libraries
• Proficient in Revit or comparable software applications
• Knowledge of model checking and graphic algorithm editors is an advantage, knowledge of Python is optional
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Accurate, independent, and structured way of working, as well as conceptual thinking and action
• Very good German language skills
