BIM-Engineer Architect/Civil

As a BIM Modeler specializing in architecture, your role involves creating and managing detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate representations of the building's design and coordinate various architectural elements. Roles and responsibilities of a BIM Modeler shall be as follows Develop 3D BIM models for architectural elements based on design documents, sketches, and specifications; Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM model accurately reflects the project's design and requirements; Ensure that all BIM models are accurate, complete, and up-to-date; Coordinate with other team members to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's scope, schedule, and budget; Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry-standard software and tools for BIM modeling, including Autodesk Revit, Trimble SketchUp, and Graphisoft ArchiCAD; Participate in design reviews and provide input on design elements and architectural details; Ensure that all BIM models are compliant with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards; Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques to ensure accurate representation of the project's scope and schedule; Coordinate with other team members to develop and implement effective communication strategies for stakeholders; Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry developments and best practices in BIM modeling; Ensure that all BIM models are properly documented and archived for future reference.
