BIM DESIGNER (REVIT-MEP)-Electrical

Job Title: BIM Modeler – Electrical (MEP) Location: Chennai Experience: 3 to 10 Years Software Proficiency: Revit MEP (Mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled and experienced Electrical BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Revit MEP to support our electrical design and modeling team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be capable of delivering coordinated models and detailed drawings. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models using Revit MEP, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet customer requirements. • Utilize Navisworks to create interactive simulations and clash detection reports for effective project coordination. • Create detailed drawings and specifications for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of electrical design principles, standards, and regulations. • Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
