BIM Coordinator/Modeller - M&E

Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects. Work closely with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of M&E systems. Create and maintain BIM models and libraries. Ensure cto maintain BIM standards and workflows. Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate and manage the development of BIM deliverables, including 3D models, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to BIM. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new processes and workflows for BIM. Provide input on BIM-related projects and initiatives. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with BIM projects. Coordinate and manage the development of BIM deliverables, including 3D models, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to BIM. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new processes and workflows for BIM.
