Job description
Nielsoft is a global engineering & digitalization partner with over 1,400 employees worldwide. We are looking for a BIM Coordinator – TGA and Architecture (m/w/d), who actively accompanies large projects in Germany and implements BIM standards.
Tasks
🔧 Your tasks:
- BIM data management & coordination with team, consultants, and contractors
- Clash detection & solution of conflicts between MEP systems and building components
- Creation & implementation of BIM strategies
- Verification of BIM models and workflows
Qualification
🎯 Your profile:
- Degree in engineering
- 3 years of experience in construction/design/coordination
- Experience in BIM modeling & MEP coordination
- Familiarity with norms and guidelines, as well as relevant software
- Very good German, good English an asset
- Team player with independent working style
- Good communication and documentation skills
