BIM Coordinator - M&E - URGENT

Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects. Work closely with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of M&E systems. Create and maintain BIM models and libraries. Ensure cto maintain BIM standards and workflows. Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and procurement processes. Develop and maintain BIM-related documentation and reports. Coordinate with internal departments for BIM-related tasks and activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to BIM implementation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of BIM into project workflows. Provide input on BIM-related budgeting and resource allocation. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
