DND Consultants Inc. is seeking a passionate and rigorous BIM Coordinator to join their team.

Principal responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with BIM standards on projects

• Coordinate 3D models (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) between different disciplines

• Train and accompany team members on BIM tools and processes

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and partners to ensure uniformity and integrity of data

• Identify and recommend continuous improvements in the BIM approach

• Actively participate in conflict resolution and technical problem-solving

Profile sought

• Pertinent education in architecture, engineering, or construction technologies

• 3 to 5 years of experience in BIM coordination

• Excellent mastery of software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD (Dynamo is an asset)

• Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650, CAN-BIM), a plus

• Strong communication skills, sense of organization, and synthesis spirit

• Able to work in collaborative mode and lead project teams
