Job description
Tasks, Competencies and Responsibilities
- BIM consulting in all business areas, preferably in the area of space solutions
- Development of a BIM strategy for all phases of the building life cycle
- Implementation of the BIM methodology, development of BIM use cases and decision templates
- Derivation of requirements and solutions through on-site analysis
- Monitoring and further development of BIM regulations (e.g. AIA, BAP, modeling guidelines)
Professional Requirements
- Experience in the coordination of BIM projects desirable
- Confident handling of relevant BIM software solutions as well as knowledge in the evaluation of usability, results and functionalities
- Nationwide willingness to travel optional
