Billing Specialist (m/f/d) - Part-time - Mainz / Frankfurt/Hybrid

To strengthen our group-wide evoila team, we are looking for a Billing Specialist (m/f/d) in part-time (20-30 hours/week). In this role, you will take on a central function in our invoicing and billing processes and ensure a smooth workflow between customers, partners, and internal teams.

With your feel for numbers, your meticulous working style, and your service orientation, you will ensure that deadlines, quality, and processes are always kept in view. From creating and checking invoices to clarifying discrepancies and continuously optimizing our workflows, you will make an important contribution to the company's success.

Tasks

✅ Creation and sending of outgoing invoices

✅ Verification of proof of performance and data quality

✅ Clarification of invoice discrepancies with customers, partners, and colleagues

✅ Responsibility for dunning and payment reminders

✅ Maintenance of customer and partner portals

✅ Optimization of existing accounting processes

Qualification

✔ Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification

✔ Experience in accounting, billing, or bookkeeping

✔ Confident use of Microsoft Office as well as CRM and ERP systems

✔ Structured, meticulous, and service-oriented way of working

✔ Very good German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)

It would be ideal if you:

• already have initial experience with our ERP system Workday.
• have experience dealing with customer inquiries and a good understanding of customer service, responding professionally and solution-oriented to inquiries.
