Aufgaben

As Billing & Order Operations Specialist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the smooth and trouble-free processing of our customer orders in the accounting system. You ensure that invoices are correctly created, adjusted, and tracked – in close coordination with Sales and Customer Service. You are a central interface between Sales, Customer Service, and Finance. Your tasks:

Auftrags- & Abrechnungsmanagement

• Collection and maintenance of customer orders in the accounting system
• Triggering and control of invoices
• Implementation of invoice changes, corrections, and cancellations
• Verification of accounting grounds and contract data
• Surety of correct accounting cycles

Zahlungsmanagement

• Monitoring open items
• Initiation and coordination of payment reminders and escalations
• Support in resolving payment discrepancies

Schnittstellenarbeit

• Closely coordinating with Sales and Customer Service
• Clarification of accounting-related special cases
• Support in process optimization

Qualifikation

• Economic education or comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of accounting, billing, order processing, or finance ops
• Very structured and meticulous working style
• High numerical affinity and accuracy
• Safe handling of digital tools and systems
• Communication strength in exchange with internal teams
• Independent, reliable work style

Nice to Have

• Experience in the SaaS or subscription environment
• Knowledge of CRM-, ERP- or billing systems
• Experience with recurring accounting models
