Billing Manager

Position Objective Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing for all logistics services, guaranteeing revenue integrity, adherence to fiscal regulations, and alignment with customer agreements. Lead process optimization to reduce errors and improve billing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Billing Management — Oversee and validate the issuance of invoices for transportation, parcel, warehousing, and special logistics services. Revenue Control — Ensure all delivered services are properly recorded and accounted for in a timely manner. Compliance — Verify that all billing processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Reporting — Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field; Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
