Mission

I am looking for a billing manager for an electrical company in Saint-Félix-de-Valois.

Your tasks will include:

-Opening accounts for new customers.
-Preparing project invoices.
-Updating project information in the system when changes occur, in consultation with project managers or other colleagues.
-Helping the billing clerk and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
-Answering customer questions about their invoices.
-Producing end-of-month reports for the controller.
-Being available for internal requests (admin, management, electricians, etc.).
-Any other related tasks.

Your profile

Your profile:

-Vocational diploma in accounting
-Relevant experience in billing
-Experience with Maestro software (an asset)
