We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our UKIME team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely billing of legal services, contributing to the financial health of the firm. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and process client invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and client-specific requirements. * Review and analyze time and expense entries to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to billing. * Collaborate with lawyers and legal secretaries to resolve billing-related queries and discrepancies. * Maintain and update billing records in the firm's financial system (e.g., Elite 3E), ensuring data integrity. * Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, working with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate prompt payment. * Assist in the preparation of billing reports and analyses for management review. * Stay informed about changes in billing regulations and client-specific requirements. * Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. * Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Billing Manager. **Skills and Experience:** * Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. * Strong understanding of billing principles and procedures. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Experience with a legal billing system (e.g., Elite 3E) is highly desirable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * Opportunities for career advancement * Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and a desire to contribute to a leading global law firm, we encourage you to apply.
