As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our clients, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include: • Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and timely billing • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing-related issues • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge • Working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of billing processes • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions and activities • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Performing other duties as assigned by management If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, then we want to hear from you!
